Return Policy Agreement

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of shipment of order.
We will refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid.
We charge 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) as a restocking fee. Returned items must have no signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. When shipping items back, merchandise should be securely packed and insured for full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
We cannot normally credit original shipping costs, and just as a retail store cannot credit you for gas costs while driving back to their store, TheShootinShack.com can not credit return shipping under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy

The Shootin Shack only ships to the 48 Continental States.
The freight policy for the 48 Continental States is that all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
This will usually be recieved in 2 to 5 business days if placed before 5 P.M. Central Standard Time.
